Is your cleaning process "green" and environmentally safe?

Our carpet cleaning solution is environmentally friendly and non-toxic. It contains no chlorine bleach, phosphates, nitrates, or acids and does not produce harmful by-products that can negatively impact the environment.

What is the difference between steam cleaning and low moisture cleaning?

First, "steam cleaning" is a misnomer. Your carpet is not being cleaned with steam, it is being cleaned with hot water, and lots of it. A more appropriate term is "hot water extraction". Even the best extraction equipment cannot remove all the water and detergents that are sprayed on a carpet during the cleaning process, leaving them very wet, and often sticky after cleaning. To make matters worse, most carpeting is installed with a foam pad underneath, which acts as a giant sponge. It can actually take days for carpets and padding to dry completely. Our low moisture methods ensure that your carpets are never saturated and are usually dry in one hour. In addition, there is never a sticky residue left behind to attract dirt, therefore your carpets stay cleaner longer.

Do the carpets really dry in 1-2 hours?

In most cases carpets are dry in 1-2 hours. During periods of very high humidity it may take a bit longer. Heavily soiled traffic areas may also take somewhat longer to dry.

How do I get a free estimate?

In most cases we can provide an estimate over the phone at 800-850-1852. If you have accurate room measurements we can provide an exact quote. Large commercial sites generally require a site visit in order to provide an accurate quote.
